By using Fluxer World, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the Service

Fluxer World is a community-operated instance of the open-source Fluxer platform. It is provided as-is, free of charge, and is not affiliated with the official Fluxer project.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fluxer World. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fluxer World to:

• Post illegal content or engage in illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unwanted solicitations.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Post content that exploits or endangers minors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Fluxer World. By posting content, you grant Fluxer World a license to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service.

We do not actively monitor all content but may remove content or accounts that violate these terms when we become aware of violations.

Your use of Fluxer World is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

Fluxer World is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fluxer World is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Fluxer World team is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fluxer World after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
