Does Premium give me access to any private communities or servers?
No. Premium is strictly an account-level feature unlock. Every subscriber receives the same feature set across the entire service. There is no subscriber-only community, channel, or gated content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Fluxer, go to Settings → Premium, and click Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing. No fees.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles billing, tax collection, and customer support for transactions. Your payment methods and tax info are managed through them.
How do gift codes work?
Purchase a gift and you receive a redeemable code that you can share. The recipient opens Fluxer, goes to Settings → Gift Inventory, pastes the code, and their account is upgraded for the gift duration.
What if I'm already a Premium subscriber and someone gifts me a code?
The gift stacks onto your existing subscription — the extra duration is added to the end of your current term. You don't lose anything.
Is Premium the same as a donation?
No. Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks specific features on your account. Fluxer World also accepts optional, unrelated community donations via PayPal; those are separate and do not grant any account benefits.
